Virtual Lunch & Learn
3.30.23 | 12-1pm

Join us on Thursday, March 30th from 12:00-1:00pm for a FREE virtual Lunch & Learn: “Finance for Fundraisers: Identifying Financial Assets for Major and Planned Giving Opportunities” by Patrick Lindenmeyer, Director of Annual Giving and Constituent Relations at St. Joseph High School.

This presentation will cover different financial assets donors use to make a major or a planned gift, looking at the tax treatment or tax advantages of those assets, along with ways to leverage those assets to create a larger, more impactful gift. Patrick will address "Traditional Assets" such as cash, stock and real estate, Donor Advised Funds, QCDs, Life Insurance, Annuities, and Crypto Currency.

Prior to his role at Saint Joe, Patrick spent over 17 years in the financial services and investment sector, having raised over $1.2 Billon during that time. Patrick worked with financial advisors, attorneys, and CPAs and their clients throughout the country to develop comprehensive investment, estate, and charitable giving strategies. For the past 10 years, he has been consulting with various investment firms and private companies, looking to raise capital while assisting with the development of a blockchain trading platform for privately issued securities. Over the course of his career, Patrick gravitated toward the philanthropic nature of his clients and their passion for giving. As Director of Annual Giving, his new role allows him to serve the constituents of Saint Joe, leveraging his expertise in finance combined with a passion to advance the school’s mission.

A Zoom link will be sent to registrants the week of the event.
